Jewish Fantasy and Occult

Wednesday, January 27 | 8:00 p.m.

Gather around the virtual camp fire, and brave Jewish stories of fantasy and occult that will make you shiver. Jewish folktales of werewolves, forest demons, golems, ghosts, dybbuks, fools, and wise men. Stories will be shared ahead of time, many from Joachim Neugroschel’s book The Great Works of Jewish Fantasy and Occult. Our first session will focus on the darker side of Hanukkah.
