Say “farewell!” to Shabbat with the ritual of Havdalah alongside your Temple Isaiah community. Gather with family and friends to sing, dance, pray, learn, and connect during these joyful Shabbat experiences, designed especially for families with at least one child age 8 or younger.
This special Young Families Havdalah will also honor our beloved teacher, Leslie Bass, recipient of this year’s Simha and Sara Lainer Distinguished Educator Award. Over her 17 years at Temple Isaiah Preschool, Leslie has made an extraordinary impact through her creativity, expressive communication, and joyful spirit—often breaking into song and bringing smiles to everyone around her. She is being recognized for her warmth, enthusiasm, and the deep love she brings to her work each day.
