Mona Field, author of “California Government and Politics Today” (Pearson, 15th ed.) and past president of the League of Women Voters of Greater Los Angeles will present on Proposition 50, its pros and cons, and why we are voting unexpectedly on a statewide measure to approve newly drawn congressional district maps, in an odd-numbered year.
