Presented by The Neighborhood (K12)
Our K12 parent leaders are thrilled to present an unforgettable (and unique!) Passover experience inspired by Queen Bey. Originally conceived by Neighborhood Task Force Chair Beth Mohammed as a creative way to engage in the themes of Passover, Beyonceder (Beyonce + seder) combines the main elements of the holiday with pop-culture-influenced activities, joyful music and Beyonce’s best lyrics. Whether you’re a Beyonce expert or novice, adult or child, we welcome you to this fun, irreverent pre-Passover gathering.
Who is this event for? Beyonceder is geared toward our Young(ish) Families, preschool and K12 cohorts, and we expect many kids to attend. However, if you are a fan of Beyonce (of any age) we welcome you to join us!
What can we expect? Our “seder” will be approximately 40 minutes long followed by dinner and playtime (with additional supervision from preschool teachers), weather permitting, on the Vollmer Deck.
What should we wear? While some of us will be dressed in concert attire and/or our favorite Beyonce “era,” please wear whatever you’re most comfortable in.
