S’lichot

S’lichot is the highlight of Elul, our month of preparation for the High Holy Days. On Saturday evening, the week before Rosh Hashanah, we get a taste of Yom Kippur and the upcoming New Year. This year we will gather together with clergy and members of the broader LA synagogue community: Stephen Wise Temple, Wilshire Boulevard Temple and Temple Emanuel of Beverly Hills. The evening begins on the Vollmer Deck for a lovely reception and havdalah, and continues in our sanctuary for songs and prayers of repentance, return, and the beauty and joy of the New Year.
