A modern Shabbat Musical Festival featuring the music of beloved pop songs and recording artists, festival-themed activities and fun for the whole family.
5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Festival Activities Part I: This includes dinner, face painting, flower crown making & a beer garden for adults. These festival activities are open to all ages.
6:15 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
Traditional Shabbat Service: This will be in Library including Mourner's Kaddish.
6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Prayer Experience in the Sanctuary: Our prayer experience will be set to secular music with Jewish elements and involves a communal art project.
7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Festival Activities Part II: This includes “L’chayim with the Clergy” - studying Torah in the Beer Garden, Om Shalom Yoga experience (ages 10 and up) and continued time to schmooze and nosh. Childcare available for those who sign up ahead.

Om Shalom Yoga is Jewish prayer experienced through the moving meditation of a Vinyasa flow yoga class. Weaving Jewish text and philosophies with yogic wisdom, and working traditional versions of Jewish prayers into modern musical arrangements composed and recorded for this flow.
