YOGA AND MEDITATION ON YK AFTERNOON WITH RABBI JACLYN COHEN
Join us for this new afternoon Yom Kippur service that includes gentle, non-strenuous movement, some chanting, some sitting in silence. We will be reflecting on the year that was, looking to the year ahead. No prior yoga or meditation experience necessary.

WHAT TO WEAR:
Loose-fitting clothing; things you can move in. I’d recommend bringing some comfortable clothes into which you can change after the adult service.
WHAT TO BRING:
A yoga mat (if you have one) or towel, a journal and pen if you’d like to write down some reflections. For those who need, a few chairs will be available for you to participate comfortably.
