Temple Isaiah is thrilled to expand our Parent-and-Me programs, offering enriching opportunities for families with young children. These classes are designed to foster joy, connection, and growth for both children and their caregivers. Whether through the magic of music or supportive baby groups, our programs provide a welcoming space to learn, play, and build lasting community connections.
Baby and Me with Caren Gitlin
You asked, we answered! Join us for a new baby class beginning this January.
Caren Gitlin, LCSW, CPC, is a Temple Isaiah Preschool parent alumnus, parenting coach, and child and family therapist with over 20 years of experience. In her baby-and-me group, you’ll enjoy singing songs with your baby, play observations, and opportunities to ask questions. The program also dives into essential parenting topics such as sleep, child development, attachment, and introducing solids—all in a supportive, compassionate environment. - Time: Tuesdays, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Dates: First session begins in February
- Age: 0-12 months
Music with Kira at Temple Isaiah
Kira Rappaport is a beloved early childhood music educator. Trained as a classical flutist, Kira found a passion and talent for teaching and went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Music Education with an emphasis on early childhood music. She teaches Parent and Me Music Classes, Preschool Music Classes, and gives concerts for families, where she sings and plays her flute.
- Time: Tuesdays, 9:30 AM – 10:20 AM
- Dates: January 7 – February 25 (8 classes)
- Location: Temple Isaiah Toddler Suite
- Age: 12-36 months
- Price: $360 (1-time payment, non-refundable)
Teddy Bears
This is a class for children 12 months and older by September 1 and is attended with a parent or caregiver. Children are grouped by age and meet 1 day per week and meets from 9:15-10:45am. Includes play, music, snack, stories and parent education.
