Parent & Me
Temple Isaiah is thrilled to expand our Parent-and-Me programs, offering enriching opportunities for families with young children. These classes are designed to foster joy, connection, and growth for both children and their caregivers. Whether through the magic of music or supportive baby groups, our programs provide a welcoming space to learn, play, and build lasting community connections.
CHATTERMATTERS: Playful Strategies to Support Early Communication
The ChatterMatters Parent & Me group is a fun and interactive class for toddlers ages 12–24 months and their caregivers. This group designed to help you connect, play, and spark your little one’s communication skills through songs, movement, and play.
 Run by licensed speech therapists, Michelle Aylon and Nikki Rubin, each 50-minute weekly session uses play, songs, and books to encourage early speech and language development.Â
Time:Â Mondays 9:10AM-10:00AM (50 minutes)
Dates: 7 classes: January 26, February 9 & 23, March 2, 6, & 23

Music with Kira at Temple Isaiah
Kira Rappaport is a beloved early childhood music educator. Trained as a classical flutist, Kira found a passion and talent for teaching and went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Music Education with an emphasis on early childhood music. She teaches Parent and Me Music Classes, Preschool Music Classes, and gives concerts for families, where she sings and plays her flute.
Shabbat with Sophie
Join us for a joyful, music‑filled Shabbat song experience led by Sophie Feldman, early‑childhood music educator, songwriter, and producer. With years of experience as Temple Isaiah’s song leader and preschool music specialist, a background in developmental psychology, and formal training from the USC Thornton School of Music, Teacher Sophie creates a class environment that is as nurturing as it is musical.   Come sing your favorite Shabbat songs and learn some new ones, while bonding with your little one and having some fun.

Teddy Bears
This is a class for children 12 months and older and is attended with a parent or caregiver. Children are grouped by age and meet 1 day per week from 9:15-10:45am. Includes play, music, snack, stories and parent education.
