Annual
Congregational Meeting
Please join the Temple Isaiah Clergy & Board of Trustees for the Annual Congregational Meeting on Wednesday, June 10th at 6:00pm as we gather for dinner and this important session with our community.
The evening includes highlights from the 2025–2026 year, reflections from clergy and leadership, and a community highlights video. Important official business will also take place, including votes on clergy contracts, the 2026–2027 budget, and the election of new officers and trustees. In addition, updates will be shared about development efforts and the Task Force on Inclusion & Belonging. The meeting will conclude with closing remarks, a Song of Peace, and adjournment.

A Note from Debra Silverman, President of the Board
There’s a moment in Exodus 18 that community organizers have long understood better than most: Jethro looks at his son-in-law Moses, exhausted and surrounded by people from sunrise to sunset, and tells him plainly — you cannot do this alone. Delegate. Build a team of capable, trustworthy people. Share the load.
It is wisdom as old as the wilderness, and it is exactly what I have experienced this year as your president. Now, I know that I am no Moses — but I am a notoriously good student, and when something resonates, I dig in. I offer the comparison with full humility — and the full awareness that I have a very, very long way to go…
