Continuing Our Culture of Community
A once-in-a-generation campaign to strengthen Temple Isaiah
spiritually, socially, and physically.
Temple Isaiah’s Continuing Our Culture of Community Campaign reflects our shared commitment to ensuring a vibrant, welcoming, and enduring future for our community. Rooted in our values of connection, learning, service, and continuity, this initiative focuses on what matters most: our people and the spaces that bring us together.
The Continuing Our Culture of Community Campaign is a $7 million investment in Temple Isaiah’s future. It centers on two essential priorities that together sustain the heart of our congregation:
Ensuring long-term support for our clergy through the Clergy Endowment Fund
Renewing the Vollmer Deck as a safe, accessible, and multi-functional gathering space
Together, these efforts strengthen both the spiritual and physical foundations of our community—today and for generations to come.
Our Campaign Pillars
The Clergy Endowment Fund
Our clergy are at the heart of Temple Isaiah. They guide us through life’s most meaningful moments—celebrations, challenges, learning, prayer, and connection. The Clergy Endowment Fund ensures that this spiritual leadership remains strong, supported, and sustainable for the future.
By investing in this fund, we are:
-Safeguarding long-term clergy support and stability
-Ensuring continuity of spiritual leadership across generations
-Honoring the role clergy play in shaping our community’s values and growth
This endowment is an investment in the soul of Temple Isaiah.
The Vollmer Deck Renewal
The Vollmer Deck is a vibrant hub of connection, learning, celebration, and joy. From multigenerational gatherings and community events to daily play and learning, this space brings our community together in countless meaningful ways. Through this campaign, we seek to transform the Vollmer Deck into a safer, more accessible, and more functional gathering space—one that better meets the evolving needs of our entire Isaiah community.
Why the Vollmer Deck Matters
The Vollmer Deck serves as a central gathering place for our congregation. It is where we celebrate milestones, host programs, and create shared memories across generations.
With thoughtful improvements, the Vollmer Deck will continue to support:
Community-wide celebrations and events
Daily learning and play for our youngest members
Safe, welcoming gatherings for all ages
With Your Support, We Will:
Create a multi-generational, multi-functional gathering space that welcomes everyone in our community

A Shared Vision for the Future
The Continuing Our Culture of Community Campaign is about more than buildings or funding—it is about sustaining the heart, spirit, and vitality of Temple Isaiah. By supporting our clergy and renewing our shared spaces, we are ensuring that Temple Isaiah remains a place of joy, learning, connection, and belonging for generations to come.
